Four ways to train with me.

Every program is built around your level, your position, and the gap between where you are and where you want to play. Pick what fits — or pair them.

01

1-on-1 Performance Coaching

Private sessions built around your position, your touch, and the exact gap between where you are and where you want to play.

Who it's for

Players from U13 to college who already love the game and want a coach who treats their development like it matters.

The problem it solves

Group practice teaches the team. It doesn't fix your weaker foot, your first touch under pressure, or your scan habits.

What's included

  • Position-specific session plan, rebuilt every 4 weeks
  • Video review of your game film (bring clips, we'll break them down)
  • Speed, agility & change-of-direction work tied to your role
  • Direct text access between sessions for questions
  • Quarterly benchmark testing so you can see the progress

Common questions

02

Small Group Training

Capped at 6 players. Same intensity as a 1-on-1, with the competitive edge that only comes from training next to someone who refuses to lose.

Who it's for

Friends, teammates, or club groups who want to train at a higher level than their normal practice gives them.

The problem it solves

Most group sessions become the lowest common denominator. Mine don't — every drill scales to the player doing it.

What's included

  • Max 6 players, never larger
  • Position-grouped reps so a striker isn't running a center back's drills
  • Live competition every session (1v1 ladder, finishing comp, etc.)
  • Conditioning baked in — no wasted laps
  • Group rate per player, but the same standard as 1-on-1

Common questions

03

Player Nutrition Planning

Real food, in real amounts, built around your training schedule and your appetite — not a generic macro template.

Who it's for

Players who train hard, feel flat in the second half, and aren't sure what they should be eating before, during, or after a session.

The problem it solves

Most nutrition advice for athletes is either bro-science or so clinical no teenager will follow it. We meet in the middle.

What's included

  • Daily target calories + macros sized to your training load
  • Pre-match, in-match, and post-match fueling protocols
  • Grocery list that fits a real family budget
  • Sample meals you'll actually eat (not chicken and rice forever)
  • Hydration plan for hot Tennessee summers

04

Sports-Specific Performance

Strength, speed, and conditioning built for soccer — not for the gym, not for general fitness, not for Instagram.

Who it's for

Players who want to be the fastest in the first 10 yards, the last one cramping in the 80th minute, and the one nobody can knock off the ball.

The problem it solves

Most strength programs are bodybuilding in disguise. Soccer needs change of direction, repeat sprint ability, and lower-body power that holds up over 90 minutes.

What's included

  • First-step acceleration & top speed work
  • Change-of-direction & deceleration training
  • Position-specific strength (no random bench press)
  • Repeat sprint & match-condition conditioning
  • Pre-season ramp-up + in-season maintenance plans
